Who I am

Twenty years in this fight —now fighting for your family.

I've sat at IEP tables for over 20 years — as a parent, a school staff member, and a certified advocate. That combination is rare, and it's exactly what lets me translate what's really happening in a meeting.

I work with families of students who have learning disabilities, special needs, or other healthcare concerns. Through coaching, consulting, and community workshops, I help you get past the jargon and toward a plan that actually works.

Sandy at a workshop with families
"Sandy walked us into a meeting we had been dreading for months and walked us out with an IEP we actually understood. She's the reason my son is thriving this year."
— Parent, Miami-Dade
"She turns what feels like conflict into a real conversation. Our team left the meeting on the same side of the table for the first time."
