Most parents don't plan on becoming experts in the special education process. You just want your child to be safe, supported, and understood at school. That's what I'm here to help you protect.
I've spent two decades sitting at IEP tables from every side — as a mother, as a member of school teams, and now as a Master IEP Coach®. That range is rare, and it's exactly what lets me translate what's actually happening in the room.
I work with families of students with learning disabilities, developmental differences, and healthcare needs. My job is to turn conflict into collaboration — so parents and schools can build IEPs that actually work for the child in front of them.

Every family, every child, every school culture is different. We start with what's actually happening — not a template.

You get plain-language clarity on what the IEP says, what it doesn't, and where the leverage actually lives.

Sandy partners with parent groups, nonprofits like GiGi's Playhouse Miami, and organizations to train families and staff on special education rights. As President of an autism awareness foundation, she also helps bring sensory-friendly events to families and equip classrooms with sensory equipment to better support students with autism.
